Street Style - Ao Shen

Pronounced "Ocean", I bumped into Ao Shen last weekend. Such a happy guy; keen on his photography...obviously.

His style and his polaroid, I had to feature.

It's so cool that the Polaroid has somehow survived through the increasingly digital age. Love it!

Enjoy :)

Street Style - Kate

Apart from traipsing round Aberdeen looking casual chic, Kate also organizes the charming March Hare & Craft Vintage Market which I featured in a post HERE.

She was at the Candy Belle Vintiques fair and so nicely nipped outside and braved the cold so I could get some photos of her.

So anyway, upon blog updating, I realized I really, REALLY want that dip hem top. First of all, it looks undoubtedly comfy, it's chic without being in-your-face trendy, I can wear it as a dress or a top as Kate did and it just generally looks stressless (cue observation of National Stress Awareness Day of which you can find out more HERE).

I'm nice, so I'll share the one I found on ASOS here. Comes in black as well, on sale, grab it while you can.

The neck piece Kate has on was being sold at the Candy Belle event; here's a closer look. Interesting names, no? They're made and sold by Aberdeen based BOTTLED TREASURES; see their website here.

Enjoy :)

Street Style - Joseph

Joseph was also at the Candy Belle Vintiques fair; and with this engagingly cool outfit, asking him to be featured on the blog was a no brainer.

He clearly doesn't take himself too seriously as he waltzed into the fair, bought a few outfits and went straight to put them on...no fuss, no moss...just a one-stop style chronicle.

I personally love the fact that the grey weather makes for no grey Joseph. Bring on the colors!

Enjoy.

What's not to love about these pieces of finger candy?

Street Style - Sarah Kennedy

I mentioned on the facebook page that I would be attending the "CANDY BELLE VINTIQUES" fair at The Thistle Caledonian. So I went along yesterday and it was a few hours of good vintage fun; rummages and finds and a bit too much money spent on my part.

Anyway, the best part was the organizers tasked everyone to dress up in vintage with the promise of a prize to the best dressed (to be determined by their facebook fans).

And Sarah Kennedy most definitely got the memo! I totally asked her if she's a relative of Jackie. I mean...seriously...look at the classic outfit and tell me your mind wouldn't have swung there.

Alas, she's of no such lineage. She's just a stylish singer-songwriter lassie from Edinburgh.

Enjoy :)
