Style Event? - Reopening of Duthie Park

After many months of both structural and cosmetic upgrades, Duthie Park officially reopened today.

Upsides - the weather was beyond amazing! There was a live band entertaining the crowd with a good variety of music from the decades. The play facilities for the kids were on heavy rotation so I'd say those were big hits. AND!...the paddling in the pond looked like good splashy fun. 

Downsides - well...people I spoke to said they expected a lot more in terms of entertainment.

Style Event - March Hare & Craft Vintage Market

So I've spent a nice afternoon sashaying through the most interesting vintage items. There was a quaint indoor market at the Boys Brigade HQ, Crimon Place, Aberdeen.
